Janet is a dynamic Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement leader with director-level experience working with executive-level and mid-level leaders in the areas of strategy development, project excellence, business excellence, coaching and training for Lean Six Sigma certification and value delivery.  Engagements have delivered global business improvements that have been highlighted in several Fortune 100 annual reports with benefits realization ranging up to $100 MM in a single year and project.  Her focus is on applying fit-for-purpose methodologies and tools to improve and accelerate integration of strategy development and alignment, data-driven decisions, organizational design, team effectiveness and cultural changes.  Teams improve the way they work together with her coaching and facilitation.  Her team-led work and approach has benefited many global corporations across industrial sectors (Westinghouse, ARCO Chemicals, ALCOA, GE Plastics, Rohm and Haas, Dow Chemical and most recently AAP, BP, Chevron, Royal Dutch Shell Oil plc and the Sadara Chemical JV Project).
