From global logistics to cutting-edge technology, women are driving innovation and shaping the future of supply chains. This in-person panel brings together trailblazing leaders to share strategies for breaking barriers and leading change in a rapidly evolving industry.

Speakers:

  • Jennifer Lawrence serves as Vice President of Global Supply Chain at SI Group, a leading international developer and manufacturer of performance additives, process solutions, pharmaceuticals, and chemical intermediates. With two decades of industry experience, Mrs. Lawrence has leveraged supply chain strategies to drive organizational transformation, introduce automation and advanced technology for operational efficiency, enhance visibility, and deliver significant cost reductions. She possesses Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and is a certified AGILE trainer.

    Beyond her professional responsibilities, Mrs. Lawrence actively mentors young women and single mothers, assisting them in improving their resumes and interview skills. She is also committed to supporting the special needs community through regular volunteer activities. A native Houstonian and multi-generation Texan, she is a first-generation college graduate and recently earned her MBA from Auburn University. Jennifer and her husband of more than 20 years, Brandon, are parents to two children: Madalyn, a senior at Baylor University, and Brandon Jr., a freshman at Stephen F. Austin State University.

  • Brandee Fernandez, Senior Sourcing Sustainability Manager with Baker Hughes, has her Master of Business Administration Degree in Management from Oklahoma State University, and currently enrolled at the University of Houston to obtain her Doctorate through the Executive DBA Program in Houston, Texas with a focus on Supplier Emissions Transparency. Holding an MBA and certifications in CPIM and C.P.M., Brandee combines analytical rigor with strategic foresight to align procurement with environmental and social governance goals. Her recent work includes navigating supplier challenges tied to geopolitical shifts, fostering partnerships within the supply chain, and spearheading frameworks that elevate sourcing transparency.

    Brandee is a seasoned supply chain leader with over two decades of experience in various industries driving sustainable sourcing strategies across complex global networks. As Senior Sourcing Sustainability Manager, Brandee leads initiatives that enhance supplier resilience, mitigate production disruptions, measure supplier emissions, and strengthen multi-tier visibility—ensuring operational continuity and ethical sourcing practices.

    In Brandee’s spare time, she enjoys volunteering in her local community and mentoring individuals at all ages to drive passions to reality. She also enjoys photography, traveling the world with her husband and children, staying physically fit, spending time with her family, reading and continuously learning. She frequently speaks on topics such as supply chain resilience, sustainable procurement, and supplier engagement.
